Victoria's story is about more than just being a yoga teacher, athlete, and entrepreneur; it's a personal journey. Back in 2014, she turned to yoga to mend her emotional wounds and find more peace. She dived headfirst into the intricacies of the body, flexibility, and the spiritual aspects of yoga.

Teaching yoga since 2017, she shares the amazing changes it's brought to her life. Victoria, who's incredibly flexible, is all about finding that sweet balancing spot between strength and flexibility, not just on the mat but in everyday life.

In her classes, she mixes sports and yoga, creating a special blend of power and serenity, inviting each person to adapt their practice to their own needs and capacities. She's a huge advocate for athletes embracing yoga in their fitness routines for all-around progress.
