Tri was born and raised in Belgium but is grateful of the opportunities given to study abroad both in the US and China for his Economics and Business engineering degrees. However, his true passion has always been sports and a healthy lifestyle.

He had the chance to start his fitness journey as a semi professional swimmer for over a decade. This helped him to develop an athlete mindset that he still carries to this day. After long swimming years, the path to CrossFit was brought to him while studying in China. Ever since then, the pillars of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio training have been a never ending playground for his trainings.

Since then, a new path to coaching opened up and mental toughness, resilience and grit have been the guiding principles for all the classes he teaches.
