During each session, you will rotate across our 4 custom-built stations (‘The Rack’, ‘The Cable Machine’, ‘The Echo Bike’ and ‘The Rower’) ensuring a full-body workout that challenges every muscle group.

Strength

Although this class may still include some cardio work on the echo bike and rower, the main focus of this class is resistance and muscular endurance over high intensity intervals. The aim here is to build lean muscle mass. You can therefore expect less cardio and conditioning than a regular perform class, although you will break a sweat, guaranteed !

Lower body & core

The main difference from a regular class lies in the choice of exercises and the specific targeting of the lower body & core. You can therefore expect lots of lower body training, compound movements, as well as exercises that will target and isolate your abs and core. Like all perform classes, we will still include some form of cardio training, although less than regular classes.
