RUN is a 50-minute treadmill experience designed for runners of every level. Whether you’re a recreational jogger building confidence, a fitness enthusiast looking for variety, or an endurance athlete preparing for your next race or HYROX event – RUN adapts to your ability. RUN isn’t just a treadmill workout—it’s an experience to improve your endurance, sharpen your technique, and push your running to the next level with coaching that’s inclusive, intentional, and focused on performance.

  • RUN is performed on the Technogym Skillrun, the most advanced treadmill built for runners of all levels. It delivers precise control over speed and incline, ensuring every workout is smooth, safe, and effective.

  • Each class lasts 50 minutes, beginning with a warm-up, moving into interval blocks, and ending with a cooldown. Depending on the format, you’ll complete 4 to 8 blocks designed to build endurance, speed, and recovery step by step.

  • You’ll be supported throughout by a coach on the mic who motivates and cues you at the right time. Clear instructions are also shown on the TV screen, so you always know what’s coming next and how to adjust your pace.
