ALEXANDRE
Alexandre is originally from France, but has spent the last 12 years living abroad, from America to Italy and now Belgium.
A former elite decathlete, he spent years pushing his body to achieve the highest level of performance. After a career in strategy consulting, he decided to add a new dimension to his life and help people achieve their fitness and sports goals.
His workouts are usually known to be intense and to push ones limits beyond what was thought possible. He bases his teaching philosophy on his experience of high level sports, focusing on a holistic approach that incorporates flexibility, stability, strength and endurance.
Outside of his coaching sessions, Alex spends a lot of time cooking and reading about new restaurants.

Alex's teaching style is based on connecting on a personal level with his athletes. He creates trust quickly, and make them feel comfortable to get out of their comfort zone. You'll get pushed to new heights and achieve things you couldn't think possible

Alex is a do it all kind of guy and enjoys playing tennis, bouldering, doing yoga, hiking, and anything you will throw at him.
