Before the workout
What to bring?
We take care of (almost) everything! Just make sure to bring appropriate workout clothes, suitable footwear, and a water bottle. For Reformer classes, sticky socks are mandatory, you can find them for sale in every studio. Everything else is provided free of charge with every session: lockers, towels, cycling shoes (for Ride classes), toiletries,… We also provide free filtered water across our numerous water stations.
Checking in
As a first timer, please show up and check-in at the reception at least 15 minutes before class starts. This will allow us to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and give you the time needed to attend the first timer briefing. For everyone else, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class, otherwise your spot may be given away to someone else on the waitlist.
First-timer briefing
A few minutes before the start of the session, your instructor will welcome all first timers into the studio. They will show you your spot, guide you through the workout, demonstrate how to use the equipment, and answer any questions you may have.
We have one rule: leave your ego at the door. Go at your own pace while pushing your limits. No one is there to judge you, and, remember, even the best were once beginners. Second rule (we lied), please don’t forget to leave your phone in your locker.
Every session starts with a warm-up. Any questions, just raise your hand. Our workouts can be adapted to any fitness level. Remember, you are always in control of your own efforts. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.
Every class also finishes with a chill cool-down, where you stretch and enjoy that well earned post-workout high!

Yes. It's important for us to know who's working out with us and to have your contact information. Creating an account is needed to attend, register and book classes. Don't worry, we respect your privacy.
-
Classes become available for booking 7 days in advance. Unlimited members enjoy early access to the schedule (8 days instead of 7).
-
If a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class, you will automatically be added to it and notified via email. Please note: remaining on the waitlist signals your interest in the class, and in such cases, your credit won't be returned if you're added automatically. Please be aware that staying on a waitlist during the 8 hours prior to the class means that you must attend the class if a spot gets available for you. So, if you're no longer interested in a class, we advise you to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added and risking the loss of your credit if you can't attend.
If you are on a waiting list and a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before you will get an email and have 15 minutes to confirm if you still want to attend the class.
-
If you need to cancel or cannot attend a class, you must do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a 'late cancellation' penalty. Any cancellation made after this timeframe will be considered a 'late cancellation'. Credit holders will simply lose their credit for late cancellations or no-shows.
For our unlimited memberships, the first two 'late cancellations' within a rolling period of 31 days will not incur charges. However, starting from the 3rd late cancellation, a fee of €5 will be charged to your account. Additionally, all no-shows will be charged €10, starting from the 1st occurrence.
Please note that cancellations must be made through the Website or Application and will not be accepted via phone or email.

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may cause you to arrive late. Unfortunately, once the class has begun, we cannot admit latecomers. However, we're here to assist you and explore various options, such as finding an alternative class for you to attend.
