MELISSA


Meet Melissa, a born and raised Belgian. At an early age she developed a passion for dance, and after years of training in jazz, contemporary and hip hop she became a professional dancer. In 2013 yoga crossed her path due to an injury. At first it was to maintain a balance between strength and flexibility. Quickly she discovered the importance of the breath and the mental benefits of regular yoga practice.

In 2017 she completed a 200h and 300h yoga training in India. She thought vinyasa and hatha yoga in India, Bali, Laos, England and Belgium. She constantly is interested in expanding her knowledge. In India she studied 3 months of Ayurveda, 3 years ago she became a certified Personal trainer (NASM) and she completed her STOTT mat and reformer pilates training.

 
  • As a coach Melissa is committed to the needs of every individual in class. She pushes her students without losing the focus on form, breath and offcourse on having fun!

  • Find the kind of movement you enjoy and do not compare. Listen to your needs and practice whatever level is right for you. We only have one body, take care of it!

  • Some morning meditation with movement, coffee, sunlight and music.
