LEA
Léa is from France. She lived in Japan and Dubai during her studies before moving to Brussels, where she has been teaching yoga since 2020. A lifelong lover of movement, Léa discovered yoga in 2015 after years of practicing track and field, which eventually led to several injuries.
Recognizing that we are all unique, Léa seeks to support her students by meeting them where they are. She encourages the exploration of movements and options tailored to individual bodies and experiences. Léa completed her 300-hour Awakening Yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Teaching both vinyasa and yin yoga with a focus on intelligent sequencing and mobility, she guides students toward achieving more advanced poses, cultivating a free and open practice, or slowing down with a safe, supportive, step-by-step approach.
When she’s not teaching, Léa enjoys hiking, photography, visiting neighborhood coffee shops, and exploring movement in various forms.
