FLORENCE


Florence lives in Brussels, her lifelong home. She has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for 4. Her journey as a yoga teacher was fueled by the practice's profound impact on her mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, compelling her to share these benefits with others.

As a teacher, she prioritizes creating a safe and nurturing space for her students, aiming to help them feel comfortable in their bodies after each class. Beside her yoga practice, she's a passionate sports enthusiast, deeply devoted to her family, and treasures her friendships, all while approaching her work with passion.

 
  • Safe and grounded, allowing them to connect with their true selves, experience inner peace, and build physical and mental strength.

  • She also loves activities like RIDE, TRAIN, running, and REFORMER. These sports contribute to her overall wellness.

  • My morning starts with a meditation based on the formula by Dr. Joe Dispenza followed by a small yoga practice. Then I enjoy a cup of coffee to start the day with positivity and energy.
