TALIA
Talia, a French-Italian who grew up in Paris, has been passionate about movement since childhood. She practiced ballet for ten years before switching to more cardio-focused training in her twenties, embracing race running and boxing. During her first pregnancy, Talia discovered the beauty of low-impact movement through Pilates, recognizing how small, controlled movements foster a deep mind-body connection, leading to increased strength and overall well-being. In 2021, she embarked on a journey to become a comprehensive Pilates teacher, mastering Reformer, Mat, and all other apparatus. Additionally, Talia's passion for health led her to receive a comprehensive holistic health education through the IIN Health Coaching Program.
As a teacher, Talia is enthusiastic and attentive. When she's not teaching, she enjoys running in the woods or drawing with her daughters, embracing a lifestyle that balances activity and creativity.
