DIMITRI
Dimitri is a French professional circus artist and a graduate of Codarts (Rotterdam University of the Arts). He began practicing martial arts at the age of 4 and is now both a juggler and an acro-dancer. Passionate about understanding anatomy and biomechanics, his holistic approach to physical preparation is deeply influenced by osteopathic concepts such as "functional asymmetry."
He likes to focus on structural alignment, control, and precision of movement, offering tools for postural and motor rebalancing through creative exercises. His goal is to provide participants with the tools to understand their own functional patterns, identify areas of weakness, and restore optimal structural function and overall health.
Drawing inspiration from his experience in contemporary circus, he encourages everyone to cultivate greater body awareness and sustainably improve the quality of their movements.

By experiencing your body in space, you will connect to it and discover your strengths and weaknesses.

Strength and flexibility are two sides of the same coin. Like day and night, good and evil, Yin and Yang, it's all a matter of balance and harmony.

The connection between art and well-being, the joy of simplicity.
