Erika, an American contemporary dancer and fitness instructor, has been dancing since age 3, training in jazz, contemporary and ballet. With a Bachelor's degree in Dance, she pursued a professional career and discovered a passion for fitness. Whether it is dancing or fitness classes, Erika always has to keep moving!
As a fitness instructor, Erika blends her passion for dance, energy, and strength to create dynamic and engaging workouts. She loves connecting with people through movement, ensuring each class is not only fun but also challenging. Erika's goal is to push her students to their full potential, helping them build strength and confidence along the way.
