Mounia Miri

This full-time Project Manager is passionate about health & wellness. Mounia loves yoga, good wine and reading. She became a spin addict back in 2006 and now spends hours on her bike enjoying some good Electro & Rnb.

Her morning routine. Mounia is definitely not a morning person but she takes the best out every morning. Her day starts with a 5-minute meditation routine and a glass of hot lemon water. Once work-ready, she will dive behind her laptop with her favourite drink, a Latte.

Her sports routine. Mounia is a real multifunctional coach, her career as fitness guru started way back in 2009, when she first became an RPM and Spin Instructor. In 2018 she travelled to Thailand to follow a Yoga teacher training. When she works out for herself Mounia loves to practice pilates & yoga, alongside spinning, of course.

Her favourite book. The Gift from Edith Eger

Where she eats out. In Brussels, close to ANIMO, she loves le Petit Canon or Tarzan, both wine bars.

Long adventure vs City trip. Long adventure definitely. Mounia loves to combine travelling with exploring and learning, that’s why she loved her long trips to the US and Thailand.
