Danielle Villarreal

Danielle is a Texas girl living and working in Brussels! She moved to Brussels in April 2021.

Growing up as a competitive dancer, she has always had a love for movement, music, and physical wellness! She discovered her love for barre during her time at Texas Tech university. After many injuries during her dance career, she loved how barre was tough, but low impact at the same time!! A combination hard to find!

Why does she love barre?

• The movement is to the music! Making it fun to move to! And keeps her motivated throughout class.

• LOW-IMPACT! Even though every muscle is shaking in your body, everything is low-impact.

• It never gets easier, you just get mentally and physically stronger!

Danielle has a love for serving others and this shows throughout her classes! Seeing people accomplish their goals and get stronger one class at a time brings her so much joy. Playing a small part in someone’s fitness and wellness journey is beyond rewarding and what motivates her to be the best instructor possible.
