Our RIDE classes are true practices where the balance of athleticism and pleasure comes together. With every practice we want our riders to conquer new heights, which allow them to build confidence and embrace their inner power.

What we're looking for:

  • Ready to share your passion and energy with our vibrant team and community.

  • High-energy and charismatic individuals.

  • Music enthusiasts! If you're a music lover, this opportunity is a treat for you!

  • Previous teaching experience on- and off the bike is a significant plus (though not mandatory).

  • Willing to teach at least four classes per week, with one fixed on the weekend & available on weekdays from 7 AM until 5 PM and the entire day on weekends, late afternoon included (though not mandatory).

Application process

We hold multiple auditions throughout the year, and we want to discover individuals who are as excited about teaching RIDE as we are. Once you've submitted your application, our team will carefully review all submissions. Selected candidates will receive an exclusive invitation to our in-person auditions.

All details regarding the audition, from what to prepare and what to bring, will be shared with all candidates via email. During this audition it is your moment to shine—showcase your personality, and let your technique speak volumes!

For those who get selected in the auditions, we welcome to the ANIMO RIDE Academy! A 6-week training, designed to immerse you in the ANIMO way, enhancing your skills, and prepare you to confidently lead classes of 50 riders. The academy schedule will be tailored to the availability of the group, incorporating both a mix of weekdays and weekends. Brace yourself for an immersive 2-4 hours of training every training day. It's an intensive experience that will further develop your coaching abilities.
