OPS TEAM

We’re on the lookout for students to join our operations team, both full & part-time! Your main responsibility as a member of the operations team is keeping the ANIMO community happy by assisting in the running of studio operations as well as ensuring our hospitality and services are always of the highest standard. You’ll be the face of the studio and interacting with clients on a continuous basis. The role is spread across reception and studio management duties.

We will teach you all you need to know, all you need is the right attitude, mindset and passion. Of course, previous relevant experiences in hospitality as well as barista skills are always a plus. Key tasks &
responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our athletes, welcoming them to our studios and ensuring they have a good experience during every visit.

  • You will ensure our hospitality and services are always of the highest standard.

  • You are responsible for the health and safety in the studio and will make sure our studio is always looking at its best.

  • You are able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members.

  • You form relationships with our athletes and help build ANIMO's community.

  • You are aware of all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance, client and emergency issues.

  • Your working schedule can be from Monday till Sunday between half-an-hour before and half-an-hour after studio opening hours.

  • Be a strong brand ambassador at all times, proudly representing the ANIMO brand while living an active lifestyle.
