DAPHNE
Daphne, born and raised in the Netherlands and living for almost 14 years in Amsterdam, came to Brussels in December 2022 with a mission. More than 7 years ago she decided to totally switch up her life, when she noticed she wasn’t fulfilled with her current job and lifestyle. After taking a couple of indoor cycling classes, she was hooked right away. Next to becoming a cycling coach, she got her personal training certificate as well as teaching HIIT and strength classes, as leading, inspiring and motivating people became her purpose in life. Now, 7 years later, her teaching style evolved from ‘teaching classes’ to ‘creating experiences’.
Beyond teaching classes, training upcoming cycling coaches to become their best self on the big bike has become one of her biggest passions. To her, fitness and working out are much more than just physical endeavors. It’s about developing and cultivating a strong mindset that we can apply to every single aspect of our lives.
